Sutomore, Villa MARE MAR****, summer 2023

Villa Mare Mar **** is located in Sutomore on the coast in a separate and one of the most beautiful parts called the Gold coast. In front is the blue sea, and the thick forest of the cypress and pines. The villa has a private beach with a complete beach service, and from the Sutomore Big Sand Beach is only 70m away.

The villa has double and triple studies, size 20-40m2. Each studio has a double bed, and the studio for three people also has an extra bed (a sofa that opens), then an equipped mini kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony or spacious terrace. The exception are four studios on the ground floor that are also equipped, but are without a balcony. All accommodation units have air conditioning, SATTV, safe, free Wi-Fi, and cleaning service, towels and bed linen change is included in the price. Guests have at their disposal a large common terrace, which extends the magnificent view of the open sea. Also, in the yard, a barbecue is located, which guests can use, and for fishing lovers, fishing is enabled from the yard. There is a possibility of renting parking spaces for an extra charge of 5euro/day (required reservation).

The price includes:

• Accommodation based on studio rental
• Daily cleaning, bed linen replacement every five days, switches of towels every second day, safe service, use of common terrace with sun beds and parasols.

The price does not include:

• Transport
• City tax is paid on the spot according to the decision of the Government of Montenegro, per person and per night: 1.00euro per adult, 0.50euro per children from 12-18 years.

Discounts:

• Children up to 4 years old have a free stay in the exicting bed with two adults
