Budva, Pension ANITA***, summer 2023

Pension Anita*** are located in Budva, across from the hotel complex "Slovenska Beach", near the main road. The Slovenian beach is about 150m away.

Property has 26 accommodation units, of which 18 double rooms are, 4 triple rooms and 4 quadruple rooms. All accommodation units have a bathroom with shower, AC, CATV, refrigerator, kettle, balcony with seating furniture (except one double room), free Wi-Fi. A few rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a terrace, which is covered with vines. The place is very quiet and sheltered from noise. Check in is after 12AM, check out is until 10AM. Cleaning the room and changing the towels every day, the change of bedding changes as needed during the stay. The facility does not have its own parking (there is a possibility of parking nearby at an additional cost on the spot).

Note: The period and length of stay are not predetermined. Max. number of passengers in the room 1/2 is 2 adults and a child up to 2 years, 1/3 - 3 adults and a child up to 2 years, 1/4 - 4 adults and a child up to 2 years.

• Accommodation in a room based on bed and breakfast (breakfast-classical service)

The price does not include:

• Transportation
• city tax paid on the spot according to the decision of the Government of Montenegro, per person and per night is: 1.50euro for adults, 1.00euro for children from 12-18 years and 0.50euro for children from 0-12 years.

Extra payments:

• single use in double room pay full price, also one child with adult in double room pay full room price
