Budva, Apartments ANITA****, summer 2023

Apartments Anita **** are located in Budva, in the center, not far from the market and the main post office. It is about 250m away from the old town. Slovenska Plaza is cca 200m away, and Mogren is cca 350m.

The facility has 33 apartments, of which 19 are double, 10 triple and 4 are one-bedroom for 4 persons. All apartments have a bathroom with shower, AC, CATV, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with seating, free Wi-Fi.

Studio 1/2 (double studio) has one double bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Apartment 1/3 (triple apartment) has a separate bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, bathroom and balcony.
Apartment 1/4 (four-bed apartment) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and living room with angle furniture, kitchen and dining area, bathroom and balcony.

Check in is after 12AM, check out until 10AM. Cleaning the apartment and changing the towels every day, change of bedding changes as needed during the stay. The facility does not have its own parking (there is a possibility of parking nearby at an additional cost on the spot).

Note: The period and length of stay are not predetermined. Max. number of passengers in the studio 1/2 is 2 adults and a child up to 2 years, 1/3 - 3 adults and a child up to 2 years, 1/4 - 4 adults and a child up to 2 years.

The price includes:

• Accommodation in studio/apartment based on daily rental

The price does not include:

• Transportation
• city tax paid on the spot according to the decision of the Government of Montenegro, per person and per night is: 1.50euro for adults, 1.00euro for children from 12-18 years and 0.50euro for children from 0-12 years.

Pension reserves the rights to change the prices due to fluctuation of FX rates.
