Hotel Franca**** is located in the center of Tivat, not so far from the famous marina Porto Montenegro, 19 km from Budva and 88 km from Podgorica. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the bus station, 50m from the sea. The airport is located 1.5 km from the building itself.

The hotel has 36 elegantly decorated rooms and 2 lux apartments. The rich content of well-equipped rooms includes: air conditioning, free wi-fi, cable, mini bar. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a desk and safe, a private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer and basic toiletries. Towels are changed every day, and guests are provided with bathrobes and slippers. For laundry, the services of some of the local laundries are used. The hotel has an elevator and is suitable for people with disabilities.

The hotel has 1/2, 1/3 rooms and lux studio-apartments. Each room has a balcony with seating.
Double rooms have two separate beds or a double bed.
Triple rooms are spacious with three separate beds or with one double bed and one separate bed.Lux studio-apartments (2+1) are spacious with a large work area, king-size double beds in the bedroom (no room door), a sofa that opens in the living room, a kitchen fully equipped with dishes and a wonderful view of the city park.

Guests of the hotel have at their disposal sun beds and umbrellas by the outdoor pool, spa center services, as well as free parking. Food in the restaurant is based on self-service for breakfast, and the guests have an "A-la carte" restaurant at their disposal. Thanks to its beautiful location, but also the long history of the city to which it belongs, the hotel offers its visitors a pleasant refuge in the beauty of the natural environment, but also the charms of interesting stories from the rich historical treasury in the immediate surroundings.
