Villa D&B -annex is located in a quiet location in Budva, not far from Slovenska beach and stadium "Mogren", about 300m from the sea. The facility is an ideal choice for guests who want to be protected from noise and crowds, but still near the city center.
The facility has 4 large duplex apartments, type 4+2, intended for accommodation up to 6 people in them. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms and living room with dining area, two balconies (smaller and larger) with seating furniture. Rooms have two beds, and the sofa beds are opened in the living room. The apartment has a kitchen fully equipped with dishes, bathroom with shower, basic toiletries and towels, CATV, AC, free WiFi. The child's crib (included in the price) on request.
The facility does not have its own parking, there is a possibility of renting private parking at an additional cost on spot. The cleaning of the rooms is done daily, the towels change on 3 days, while bed linen changes if the stay is longer than 10 days. The facility has a large shared terrace, equipped with a furniture for rest and relaxation.
